- In case of any shortcoming observed in SRTC services or complaints, the contact persons for the service availed, as per area of operation shall be the Unit Officer. Address and Phones of same are summarized in "JKSRTC Contact Sheet" in following pages.
- In-case the Unit Officer concerned is unable to redress or satisfy the complainant, the grievance can be projected for redressal to Profit Centre Head of the Division concerned, the address and phone of same have been summarized in . "JKSRTC Contact Sheet" in following pages.
- The grievance of SRTC service user for any shortcoming shall also be addressed by :-
